What you'll find inside
Your attendance record for the year, the enrichment activities coming up, and your own profile. If your phone number or email changes, you can update it yourself.
Every student in your household in one place. Their attendance, the enrichment activities they're expected at, and the household information LIT uses to reach you — guardians, emergency contact, and how you'd like to be contacted.
You can keep it current without waiting on a form.
The students assigned to you, their attendance, and the check-ins you've recorded. Every conversation stays on a timeline, so you can see the arc of a relationship rather than the last note anyone typed.
Notes you mark staff-only stay staff-only.
Student and household records, the enrichment activity calendar, attendance, document storage, and reports you can export. Attendance is built for a phone, because it gets taken standing up in a room.
What it tracks
Every student gets a permanent identifier the day they join. Nothing in Ignite Pathways is matched on a typed name, so a nickname, a spelling change, or a move between cohorts never splits a student in two.
A permanent, system-issued ID that never changes, alongside legal name, preferred name, and how the student wants to be reached.
Demographics recorded consistently year over year, in fields that let a student describe themselves accurately rather than pick one box.
High school, cohort, grade level, graduation year, and the other programs, clubs, and organizations a student belongs to.
Every session, retreat, workshop, and volunteer opportunity is an event. Attendance is taken once, on a phone, in the room.
Enrollment, media release, emergency contact, and program agreement — signed in the app with a timestamp and kept on the record.
A family is one record, not a phone number retyped on each child. Siblings in the program are visibly connected.
Every check-in recorded with what the conversation was about and who logged it — a timeline instead of a last note.
The four doors
Administrator access is granted on your account, not through a separate sign-in. If your role changes, the way you sign in doesn't.
See your attendance, check what's coming up, and keep your contact details current.
Student sign inFollow your student's attendance and keep your household information up to date. One account covers every student in your household.
Family sign inYour caseload, your check-ins, and the records of the students you work with.
Advisor sign inRow-level security decides what each account can read and write. Hiding a button is not a permission, and we don't treat it as one.
Sensitive demographic fields are permissioned separately from the rest of a student's record.
Every create, update, and permission change is written to an append-only audit log.
Records are archived, never hard-deleted, so history survives a person leaving.
You can produce or remove it when a family asks.
